    Default Finally...

    I just tonight, finally, honed my first straight, from dull to just barely passing the HHT. It's one of my Grandfathers old razors. I'm stoked to try the shave tomorrow! I'm hoping it will be OK.

    I tried honing it last night, but couldn't get the HHT. I tried 1 stroke this morning. It pulled really bad.

    I'm liking this straight shaving and the new skill sets I'm learning. It just keeps getting better (and I keep getting broker. )

    Try giving it a few more 1-5s before you shave with it and every time after you just hone the blade, do 15-35 linen-leather before the first shave.
