When Christopher Moss in 'The Art of The Straight Razor Shave' talked of taking pride in doing a difficult job really, really well, he wasn't overemphasising the thing.
When you stand in front of the mirror, and wipe your face on the bath towel, after placing the razor to one side, you WILL feel a true sense of pride and 'true blue' manliness, really...
