    Default Water! Where?

    i watched a youtube vid with a guy called geofatboy on stropping.In it he mentions something called a waterline on the edge of the razor blade and that a razor should dry for 24 to 48 hours between uses. so what is it and why is it important to let the razor dry for so long? (Google was no help) mentions it at about 1:30
