Quick answer...SRP frowns on asking for or giving valuations on razors.
However, Joseph Allen & Sons razors are great vintage razors; and yours looks like it is in great shape.
Get it professionally honed and shave with it. You'll fall in love with it.

Hi Josip,
As the man said, no valuations, but as a shaver, its a fine blade as sheffields go. A Joey Non-Xll shaves at least as well as any big name of comparable size & grind. It'll tend to be smooth and silent - no audible or tangible feedback. I've had and honed a few. I'm not a sheffield guy. Most guys are.
