Thread: Dave_D's Intro

Hello All,

I was able to get an old registered name back online with a moderator's help (thanks azjoe) I de-lurked recently with the username Str8away and made a few posts, but this is the username Ive used at several other forums, and here from now on. I make this post to keep it on the level. Transactions and such happen here and its good to know whos who.

Other than that, its been quite a bit of enjoyment straight shaving for three weeks and no use of the DE at all. I somewhat pushed myself into the learning curve and thought "hey, you bought the stuff and wanted to learn it, so commit" I decided that no other shave system would be allowed for 3 months. If I didnt learn how to hone the razors and learn to shave with them, I would be looking very scruffy in short order. Got nicked, had a few less than optimal shaves, but here it is 3 weeks later and Ive still looked presentable at the office during that time. Last week I sold a bunch of stuff on eBay and just bought a 7/8 Friodur square point from the shavingshop, the next leg of the addicti... I mean adventure continues.
