    So ... what's the best way to measure 2.74? I can't get my tape measure that close without losing sight of the dashes. I guess I could use a pair of tweezers to pull one out ... I'll try that!

    I believe this question hasn't ever been asked in quite this way before. And for that, you have earned my unerring respect.

    Sadly, I don't have a clue. I just wanted to tell you there should be an award for a beginner who asks a question that hadn't been previously asked and answered a billion times over. And just so you know, if there was such an award, I'd have never won it. LOL

    James - As the years go by it becomes easier and easier to stretch the skin as far as you want. Why do you think Joan Rivers had so many surgeries. To get rid of all that extra skin! If she had continued, her nipples would be on her cheeks and her belly button would be on her chin.

    For us old fogies, stretching the skin is not a choice, it is mandatory. Heck, when I stretch my jaw line, I have to close my eye so I don't poke a finger into it.

    The Length you have a comfort shave is by everyone differend so there is now way to tell you wat the best length is.
