Thanked: 7Panthenol
Hi guys, I've heard that some people don't use it in their products...and others do...
I have no idea what the problem is with it though...could someone enlighten me?Henckels Str8 Wedge, 1959 Fatboy DE, Ikon OSS DE, Merkur 39C Slant DE

Thanked: 7I have seen it as an ingredient in some British after shave balms and was wondering if it was ok or bad. What's the "bad" ingredient...parabens or something?

Thanked: 1195As far as I can see there's nothing really harmful about. It's use in aftershave balms makes sense though, due to its emollient properties. Perhaps one of our resident chemists could elaborate.
Here's a link I found that expains a bit more: COSMETICSINFO.ORG - Your source for safety information about cosmetics and personal care products
