Thread: my first straight razor shave

Merry Christmas to all. Yes my first shave was Christmas eve day. Didn't sweat much but contracted parkinsons as soon as I started. I will say it was very enjoyable. My son who is 22 yrs. old showed me his dad at 53 that its not that bad. He and I shared a mirror and shaved together for demonstration and instruction. He was finished in record time. Think it took me a good 45 min. He used a Piedmont that we recently restored and rescaled and I a Keen Kutter also restored by him. Well I won't have to have my picture changed on my drivers liscence and shared some real quality time. Thanks muskeeman for your guidance.
