Thanked: 2watch out for the mirror!
So as i am still learning how to shave with a STR8 (on week three), i just discovered that leaning in too far towards the mirror can be hazardous. rough way to start a shave!

Yup, done it before.
From their stillness came their non-action...Doing-nothing was accompanied by the feeling of satisfaction, anxieties and troubles find no place

Thanked: 481Almost lost my nose that way once. I think its a rite of passage as much as nicking your ear, or your strop

I've had a few of those myself...
It teaches me to stay more focused.

To the op, are you a barber? The decorative glasses suggest so.

Thanked: 983One of the first thing I had to do as a learner, was to lean in to the mirror and do that exact same thing. Welcome to the club mate.

Thanked: 2Good eye, Mike! No, I'm not a barber - I can barely shave myself, let alone someone else. I liked the style, scissors on the frame were a bonus.

watch out for the mirror!
I've never leaned in enough to run the risk of the mirror collision, but it seems its possible.
Nice battle wound though
