    Default First complete SR shave

I've been SR shaving for about a month now and have been finishing up the harder bits with a DE but today I finally managed a full shave with my SR! I just had to tell somebody I'm pretty happy right now, I have a few rough spots but now I've reached this milestone those rough patches will get better, overall its a very passable shave with minimal irritation!

This is what did such a good job for me

    Hey grayman,

Excellent!! Success is exhilarating. I know I couldn't wait for the next day so I could shave again! It just gets better, well, with a few bumps in the road, but that's what makes it fun, and rewarding.

    Nice Boker!

Congrats, Great Shaves and keep enjoying!!!

    Best Regards,
    Howard

Thanks Mick. I'm quite proud of the fact that apart from my thumb which required glueing shut I have spilt almost no blood from my face apart from tiny nicks that stopped with cold water on my road to this, hearing some people talk about the cuts they've had makes me pretty proud considering I have a condition affecting my hand dexterity lol.

I remember you mentioning that you had issues with dexterity at some point. You have every right to feel proud. And don't worry about that little scratch you gave your thumb, I haven't done it yet myself, but I've come awfully close a few times. And no doubt I will contiue to fall unde risk of doing just that each and every time I shave with a cut-throat...

Thanks mate I had a real thing about it for a long time but now I've accepted I am how I am and with some practice I can do pretty much anything even if I have to do it in my own way. Lol was small but really deep on my thumb bleed for over 2 hours before I finally just glued it shut. It was good for me though my thumb has not come anywhere near the edge since. Other fingers when I've been giving new finds a clean and polish on the other hand......
