Don't send this blade out for honing. As Catrentshaving mentioned that is not a reputable brand and you will be spending good money after bad if you send it for honing as the edge simply will not last. Use that one as a letter opener and look instead for a quality blade. A good place to start is the classifieds here at SRP: Straight Razors - Straight Razor Place Classifieds
Once you do get a good blade there are a number of reputable honemeisters to whom you can send it for honing when required. You'll also find a number of them in the classifieds: Member Services - Straight Razor Place Classifieds
It was in original condition, faded red, well-worn, but nice.
This was and still is my favorite combination; beautiful, original, and worn.
