Thread: SRD out ot stock?

I would like to buy a set from here but looks like every thing I like or in my price range is out of stock.
I was looking at a few sets at 169.00 and it's out of stock, or a razor alone 79.00 - 109.00 and out of stock.

I check almost every day to see if they have any in stock but no luck. I really want to buy a razor from here because of the benefits you get from here, Free 1st honing and comes honed.

I am starting to get impatient. I been checking for about 3 weeks now.

Is there a time frame or time of the month he is stocked? If not any body know were I can kind of deal any were else? I been looking at DOVO sets and BÖKER sets to save money, but would settle for the razor if I can get this kind of deal on honing.

I can buy the Strop later, I do have a simple strop from amazon works fine but I think I am ready to upgrade.

Try vintage blades LLC. They have a nice selection and are honed by Lynne from straight razor designs. They're great to do business with imho!

I ordered from them...service and prices great. I just looked and they do have a Dovo 5/8 best quality with blond scales in stock.

I just ordered a razor from Classic Shaving because they had a Dovo Astrale in stock. Haven't gotten it yet, but figured they will be great too since their banner is on this site.

Lots of nice stuff in classifieds too...

Keep in mind that our "classified" section changes many times during the day. Great vintage razors are listed at prices that are hard to find anywhere; most come shave ready. I'm willing to bet that if there is a razor there that interests you & it's a $20.00 difference in price, then PM the member putting it up for sale. Look at the "archive" section of the classifieds to see the deals that have come & gone. This classified section is monitored by the Mods to keep things on the up & up.

Yes, you will get a good deal on SRD, probably why you find some of the items "Out of Stock"
