Hey guys, I've only been straight shaving for approximately a week now, I think I'm on shave #10, and after I shave I've been using Nevia Classic cream. However, yesterday I decided to try some Old Spice Classic aftershave. I bought it in the late afternoon yesterday and put some on just for the scent and to see if it irritated my skin--I have sensitive skin. It was smelled great and didn't bother my skin at all. So, this morning after I shaved I did not have any irritation or razor burn that I could see, I cooled my face off with cold water and then applied the Old Spice aftershave. It really stung for a few seconds after I put it on. But all day today there has been a slight stinging sensation on my face. Later on, I felt like my skin was dried out a little so I put some lotion on and I felt the stinging again. But I still don't see any sign of razor burn. Would aftershave do that? If not, does anyone have any idea what would cause this?
