I wanted to get my edges even sharper than the Cr2O[SIZE="1"]3[/SIZE so I picked up some 0.25µ Diamond compound and confess that it's a little unnecessary. The 12k Sharpton waterstone which I use before going to the pastes helps more than the final paste, but I could still get by without it. That'd be a 1µ paste equivalent I think. If you're coming of the Norton 4k/8k Combo I'd say stick to the green paste for a while at least.
