Thread: Oops

I have had about 5 shaves with my antique straights, but today was my first slip of the razor. It was interesting, unlike when I was shaving with store bought razors, I didn't feel it cut in. I mean... I felt it but it wasn't pain, it was like a tug on my skin. So I now have a 1 inch cut on my left cheek near my ear. I wouldn't say that it was a bad experience, just an odd feeling, when I am used to getting cut by those cheap disposables from the store.

Hope it heals quickly. Good idea to shave around it with your disposable, etc. razor until it heals over a bit.
