Thread: Baby steps

Hi Guys and Gals. Well new to the game and am currently on my 3rd shave. All I can say is WOW! My current setup is Scharff and Kober 5/8 round point,21mm knot silvertip brush,Muhle shaving bowl,Castle Forbes Lavender cream,Proraso pre-shave and Osma Labs soap. As you all know when starting this journey its all about patience and practise. The first shave was shakey and 2 nicks. 2nd was better but 5 nicks and the last 1 which was on Mon 13th was the best so far with 2 tiny nicks. All shaves have been 1 pass with the grain and have all been an incredible JOY if not very nerve wracking lol. But all I can say is for better or worse I am sticking to it and will keep you guys posted. Hopefully I will post some photos and such like when I am more capable ahem. Am taking my time and bloodshed has been minimal so far but as you say......!
