Wow... you have me wanting to go out to the shop and start grinding stuff... Those are both beautiful.. But I do wish Kamisaurus Rex ended up as a non folding.. Those were awesome sketches.

Crazy nice work...
So when you do the Kamisori style you split the handle to capture the resized tang, and then use a filler and adhesive to bond the two sides back together?
If yes, how do you avoid a mis-matched seam where the halves come together? Or are they book-matched?
I absolutely love the kamisori style designs. I think I am drooling just a bit..

Thanked: 13247They are one piece, that was hollowed out then fit to the tang, some I have pinned others I have not.. Matching the pinhole is always a fun adventure hehehe
The "Trick" is in the sanding on the outside of the hollow portion, making sure you don't go too thin, and wreck all your work
