The Dovo's being out of stock is frustrating. IMHO they are the best bang for the buck if you want a new razor. However, for a little more money a whole new world of razors surface. For the same money or even less you can find good vintage razors whose quality rivals the "whole new world" class of razors and you are usually helping out a straight razor brother at the same time.

welcome to srp, where everything is about preference...
I cannot comment on the trio you've mentioned, since of the three I've only tried Dovo, of which I have 3 different models and like them all ( my first razor was a Dovo BQ). but if you are bent on buying only new and not vintage, I would suggest adding to your consideration Revisors, some of which (mainly the 5/8s) are reasonably priced for a beginner razor. I am very happy with my 6/8 Revisor.

Having been in the same situation as you only a few weeks ago I ended up with a Ralf Aust ($99.00) but I bought mine in a shaving set. Before buying I read some really impressive reviews both in U.S. and German forums. Mine was shave ready and I've gotten along fine with it considering the lack of experience I have. I've since bought a nice Dovo to go along with it. No complaints with either.
