    Cool Hi from Birmingham UK

    Hi everyone. Got a new thiers issard for Father's Day last weekend and a 2 week beard growth. Time for my first attempt this afternoon I think. May post some before and afters if its not too horrific. Wish me luck!!!

    Welcome to SRP!

    If I were you, I'd run a beard trimmer/clippers over the beard first if you have them - a lot of growth doesn't make it any easier (although my first straight shave was taking off a 2 week beard, and it certainly beats trying to get it of with a disposable multi-blade!)
