Don't forget to buy a bowl of "Vergulde Hand" shaving soap. It's a classic and almost every supermarket and/or pharmacy sells it. My dad and my grandfather used/uses it, and now I am.
This is what to look for.
Second one is Tabac soap, that one is also widely available and might cost a lot less then it would in the states.
