The day is here, the one we dread
    another step closer
    to waking up dead

Early to bed and late to awake
    those extra trips
    to the bathroom we take

    The face full of stubble
    so much
    all gone grey

    The best excuse yet
    To shave it away

I cant stop them from coming
    They come round each year
    No use in running
    But I have no fear

Because Each one is a Milestone
    whose weight I can bear
    The reasons for "Happy"
    are all very clear

    Kittens and Children
    and mans own best friend
    Flowers, and Sunsets
    The list has no end

    A web site of Friends
    whom I've not yet met
    And a hair splitting razor
    for the best shave yet

    So today I am older
    and I'll get older yet
And look forward to all the
    SRP well wishes I get!
