Our Christmas/Holiday message usually begins with thoughts about the world we live in.

This year I would ask you to keep in mind these two quotes throughout the New Year.

“Learn from Yesterday, live for Today, hope for Tomorrow”

And

“The longer the explanation the bigger the lie”

The staff at SRP views this site as a home away from home and you our members as an extended family. We try and make the place a sit down, relax, and take your shoes off and speak your mind site. We are always looking for ways to improve your experience and exciting changes are coming down the pike.

The entire staff thanks all of you for your continued participation and we invite all the visitors to join and contribute to the site because that’s how it becomes bigger and better.

The entire staff wishes you and your family a Very Merry Christmas and a happy and healthy and prosperous New Year.

Merry Christmas to all my friends, mentors, and brothers in whiskers.
Thanks to the founders and pioneers on SRP for shaving the way for the rest of us to pick up that which was lost as 'old fashioned', back when we took care of ourselves in quiet preparations for the days, or evenings events.

My experiences on, and because of SRP connections, have allowed me to grow in different ways as a man, a gentleman, and a tradesman.
Learned in equal measures as I have tried to share from my own experiences this year.
