A late Happy Birthday wish from me. If these notices were posted in the Restoration forums, I'd spot them right away...

I'm 58 and I keep saying that to myself each year and they just don't seem to get better, not to be a wet blanket here. However whether they get better or not you have to make the most out of the hand your dealt and as they say there's always a silver lining to every cloud.

Happy Birthday Alan and may you find your silver lining.

    Happy Birthday Alan!!

My 44rd was special! I had just recovered from 2 crushed vertibrae,
a broken rib, fractures in both hands, broken nose, heart contusion,
nerve damage to my right knee that I still cannot feel, and could finally
hold my first child, who was then 6 months old., for the first time in 3
    months.......10 years ago.

    Nowadays, I feel like thebigspendur

Seriously...each year is what you make of it... Whenever I am asked,
"How are you today?" I always say..."Great....I Woke Up Again Today!"
(I bet nobody could figure that one out right?)

Lots of people look at me wierd and generally say something witty like
"Well, I guess that beats the alternative."

....So I tell them that "I think "THAT" is gonna be even better!"

Have a great year!, and another, and another, and another......

Better late than never, like Bill I tend to browse the other threads.

A belated happy birthday Alan. Still only a whippersnapper though.
