    Default So sad I cant use it till Christmas

    So I ordered a 30mm Grade A Silvertip from Tgn which came today only problem is its a Christmas present from the wife so I cant use it till after Christmas

    It has a loft of 55mm from handle to tip and seems to have a nice backbone. Does anyone know if its likely to bloom much. Well that was all just wanted to share my pain.

    Nice. It sits pretty high so it's going to spread out a fair bit. If it's one of the knots with extra stuffing then a little less so. They tend to hold their shape more.
