    White vinegar-hot water soluble
    Rinse,let it dry and the day after make lather with a simple soap,swirl for long time in your palm or cork tray lot
    Rinse,let it dry and the day after make lather with a strong fragrance soap or cream
    Let it with lather on it for all night long,the knot will absorb the aroma
    Rinse,let it dry and the day after will be ready with no odour.

    Yes to all above posts so far. One other thought, if it moves around your sink whilst you're shaving it's not dead!!

    Again, thanks for all the advice to get rid of the smell in my badger brush. It now smells like Sandalwood.
