Thread: shavemac order

whats up with shavemac, I bought a brush on sunday and i have not heard from them, even after 3 emails. my paypal account reads payment complete so i know they have been payed

Bernd isn't always the best when it come to communication. He may be out or on holiday. Rest assured, you will get your order. He usually ships quickly, but sometimes things get held up in US Customs waiting for Fish and Wildlife to inspect and OK the badger hair priduct to pass through.

One other thing. If you have a spam folder, check it. He may have replied and it ended up getting tagged as spam. That happened to me with Yahoo mail.

Be patient. He may have to make your brush if it's not already in stock. When I ordered mine, it took a couple of weeks from ordering until it shipped.
