I haven't see the handle from close but i thing it's not like an acrylic one
In that kind of handles some scratches can me fixed with buffing wheels or even wet high-greet sandpaper
With normal use can not scratch that Muhle but be a little more careful than your other wooden-acrylic handle brushes.
