I have an Omega 10005 boar and it is a great brush. The knot is 24mm and the loft is 55mm.

Badger brushes to me are softer and more absorbent. My favorite brush, period is Finest Badger because I want more scritch than from the more expensive Silvertip Badger.

Yea, my daily brush is rooney finest because I had to have the best of both worlds, but due to the price point one has to know they really, really want it.

If you're considering vulfix, I'd suggest thater instead.
