Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

I am afraid you would have to ask the fine gentlemen pushing their own brushes in this thread. To be precise, their own custom handles with $5 Chinese child slave labour knots. Interestingly enough, no one has criticised their involvement here yet.

Robin, do you have a blog where you write about shaving gear? If that is you, it is nice to see you here, as I have enjoyed many of your posts.

Don't worry, you and I both. Some things don't interpret well on the web in type.

In the end there are really only 2 qualifications a shave brush must meet to be the best for the owner. They must like it and it must be within their budget price point. What anyone else thinks is the best bar none and is beyond the set price point matters not. Possibly the term "best" is best avoided as a descriptor of anything.

    Hirlau,
When you put up your time and money to field test a product so that the community can get what I feel is fair unbiased input is remarkable, admirable and appreciated by those of us who dont have the means to find truth so that the member who can only afford one brush can get a fair non company paid spokesman is refreshing, You are a true gentleman , and I want to say Thank-you.
I look forward to a detailed report brush and soap combinations and other factors that a newcomer cannot know at this point in my journey.
