    Default Shedding Brush

So I have an Omega 6735 silvertip barber pole brush. Every time I use it since it was new it sheds tons of hair, about 20-30 every time I use it. I bought the brush in April from SRD. I can understand some break in time, but not a break in 8 months. That's the deal, bad knot? I love the brush but it drives me crazy with all the hairs in my Cella soap tub and on my face.

I would contact SRD and explain your problem to them.

I don't let it soak in a bowl of hot water. I run luke warm water from the tap for about 10 seconds to get the brush wet. Then shake lightly to get the excess out of the knot. Load the brush up in the soap tub and build lather on my face (I don't have a scuttle yet!) When I'm done, I run the tap again with luke water and fill up the sink. I dunk the brush in the water until there is no soap left in the brush. When its clean I go over to the shower and flick the brush to get the water out of it. Let it dry sitting on its base until the next time to shave.

You should contact with the seller long time ago
If the store has a good customer care policy as Gifts&Care-Vie Long you would not have a problem.
Explain the situation with kindness and the problem will be solved soon.
