It's good to have a great feeling from a bargain , I,m happy for you , but as said don't be too disappointed down the road if it doesn't perform long term. You do get what you pay for ,and Larry provides a great source for you guys starting out to not spend a lot to try this firm of shaving , now when you've done it more than a couple of months and have tried a few more brushes I'd like to hear the review again, mand as pixel stated , Hugh mountain white ain't happening in a cheap brush, I had cheap when I started, and still glad I done it, it got me going, enjoy it, but when you can try a quality brush too , don't miss out on the good life. Well, either way, Roll with it! Pixel would never use half of my brushes! Pigs and horses!
As I related, if it is good, it is!"Don't be stubborn. You are missing out."
I rest my case.

I have had one of Larry's WD Silvertips for over two years now. It is excellent and absolutely in the "Best Bang for the Buck" category. I got one of his High Mountain knots after they came out. I had Larry put it in my Bethlehem Olivewood handle. The knot is 24mmx50mm. It has fast become one of my favorite brushes.
FYI-It is NOT a High Mountain White, nor does Larry claim that it is.

Thanked: 0I've had a WD High Mountain Badger for a couple of months now. It's a great brush, especially for the price. I'd like to try something like a Simpsons Chubby one day, but until that day comes, I'm perfectly happy with my WD High Moutain and my Omega Boar.

Thanked: 2591Great that the OP is enjoying their brush.
I can't say the same for my synthetic and boar WD brushes. Mainly because mine were set way under the advertised loft and I have to deal with exchanges now.Stefan
