    Default Asylum Brush Works

I just picked up this synthetic silvertip brush from Asylum Brush Works. It feels really soft when dry, but worked well in my first try with a synthetic, with good backbone for loading with soap. It whipped up a good lather with Proraso green, which is my go to "test" soap. It has decent backbone on the face and a good fan given its size. The handle feels good and looks good. Needless to say it's easy to rinse and quick to dry. I'll let you know how it does after a few more shaves, but with one shave done, I think it's a good one. FYI -- It's the BG7, which has has a 23 mm knot, a 50 mm loft and is 110 mm overall.
