Opinions
Just got this one, I have been looking for a good specimen, this style is attractive to me for when I occasionally want to make lather in a scuttle. I see where the Rubberset #3 is a screw on top, is this true with is #4 ? I,m just curious I,m not going to do the work but hey who knows one day. It's getting a badger

Thanked: 12This style of brush is my absolute favorite! I love the long handle and the high loft. I have one in this style that makes me think I prefer boar bristles to badger every time I use it.

Thanked: 2284Just received, the boar is in great condition but extremely loose in the handle. I can almost pull it right out but just can't get that last 1/4" or so. Are these plastic handles? My gut is telling me this is painted wood.

I,m not sure, what their made of, but what do you think about a badger with some real backbone set a little high around 55 mm ?

Thanked: 2284Ya that sounds doable. Once I get this boar knot out and survey the scene I'll know a little more about what's able to fit in this handle. Beauty of a handle though TC.
