Unidentified Brush
The brush on the left was part of an Ebay lot. Any info would be appreciated. No markings anywhere and no seams.

It's a hard plastic of some kind maybe Bakelite. Like I said it has no seams like an injection mold even on the bottom. Also the hair looks like Boar and feels velvety smooth like Badger. I'll post a photo of the bottom, not my bottom the Brush!

Nice figure but looks top heavy. My first opinion is that it is "Custom" or at least one of a kind.........................

I can't remember the proper term for it, but the knot looks like it may be badger around the outside with boar in the center. I've had a couple of brushes from the '20s - '30s like that. Is the handle possibly ceramic?

sqzbxr,
I think you maybe right, it sounds like a ceramic when I tap on it. Any other material wouldn't be as resonate. Here's a photo of the bottom. The shiny area looks like glass.
