Default Anyone know if Kent will replace a knot?

Just trying to find out if Kent will replace the knot in an old brush in exchange for the obvious funds. Has anyone sent anything to them?

Not sure but some do,, you can also get one of the brush makers here to swap out knots for you too. Tc

Yeah, it's obviously worth exploring if kent fails to respond. It's a bit of a special circumstance due to the massive size required

They will replace the bristles in vintage brishes that require far more elaborate work so I would be surlrised if they did not offer shaving knots

If you like their knots that's the way to go, large knots are available from most of the big names. Tc

My main concern is it is a v16 similar to this one. You can see the size vs a typical brushName: DSCN2389.jpg

So them being able to dial it back into stock spec would be ideal.

There is another thing to consider also. Even if Kent can replace the knot the current badger knots may not be the same grade as the original. If that turns out to be the case then you have the possibility to replace the knot with a badger grade that you know you will like. What is the diameter of the hole in the brush handle?
