My my order from kelly at blackship grooming showed up today. 28mm 2 band silvertip hand turned brush. It's huge and luxurious and the quality is top tier! The entire experience with kelly has been awesome. The quality and scents of the soaps is phenomenal, the packaging is completely pro. Easily my favourite products currently. And you get a sticker! Haha

That brush is gynormous

That brush looks like it will hold a ton of lather. Nice looking bunch of samples too. I love finding samples, it really helps to narrow down what you really want. You will find that it is not too difficult to find guys to trade with either.
Bobh sent me whack of soap not that long ago. There were some really great soaps in there. There are so many to try. I start looking at soaps from some of the really big vendors like the Italian Barber site and it gets overwhelming.

I totally agree Rezdog. I've just been pulling samples or smaller tins straight from the manufacturers ( crsw, dr jons, blackship, first Canadian, soapy bath, etc) I like the big company's but I'm liking the artisans more and I love supporting small business. My sense of smell just seems to really love Kelly's scents at Blackship. I got tired of getting overwhelmed by fendrihan and Italian barber plus there's some great smaller online guys in Canada selling. The brush is friggin huge, it's gonna be a soap killer but it's so luxurious

Awesome stuff! Waiting a shipment myself. Should be here tomorrow. Gotta love the big brushes.
