Thanked: 133Looking for a second brush
Currently I have a Parker Pure badger shaving brush that I enjoy and wanted opinions on what my second brush should be. I think I am looking for something a bit softer than my pure badger for second brush and I am considering a tuxedo knot or silvertip knot brush. I have a somewhat cheap handle from an old synthetic boar brush I had that I planned on using. I do need to see if I can get the original knot out and correctly measure everything so I know what size knot I would be looking for.
At the moment I am thinking best route to take is to pick up https://goo.gl/Ztvkzr for 15$ and maybe another synthetic brush knot to try out. Then depending on how that brush works out, looking at buying knot for other handle.
Anyone with brush suggestions/website to look at different knots?
Will do more research on re knotting if I do use old handle (I like how it felt in hand and that is all I really care about when it comes to brush handles) or picking up a whipped dog handleLast edited by Christian1; 09-28-2017 at 02:42 PM.
