Balls to the wall cool....
Leave it to Tom to come up with something useful to do with the bushels of wine corks.
Creativity at it's finest.

Well....It's different all right!
I won a bottle of Dave's hot sauce which was way too hot for me.
Offered Tc a trade for his bag of wine corks.
Told him I would make him something of them. Told him just to not wait by the mailbox!
Made the brush out of leftover PVC pipe.....
Borrowed landlord's scroll saw and cut some sides off the corks, trimmed the edges with a SE blade, and superglued them on...
A cork in the bottom...cork in the top!
6 coats of Varathane.....A nice 24mm scritchy 2-band.
About the size/length of a Harley handgrip.
A little something to say Thanks for all you do, Tc.Last edited by sharptonn; 03-18-2019 at 02:07 AM.

Nice, Tom. At first glance I thought it was the handle from a ol fishing pole.
Enjoy Tc. It'd be mighty pricey, if had a brand name on it.Mike

Well, either way, if you drop it in the water, it's certain to float!
