Thanked: 13I agree with all that has been said but i also want to add that if he really enjoys the handle he could order an inexpensive knot and epoxy it in and use the handle he seems to like. But its not really worth spending alot on unless he really really likes it.

Okay, so for at least once in my life I heeded good advice and bought a new brush. I know a couple of you suggested Omega and I was surprised at how affordable it was for the reviews it gets. Getting ready to try it out in a few.

Good advice, thanks. As I was warming it up it occurred to me that I would probably get some responses telling me that. You win the prize Bob. Fortunately I remembered that from having broken in the previous brushes I've had.I can remember, it must have been the first one I got, that I thought something was wrong with it. Thanks Bob.
