I figured I would share some thoughts on these brushes
This is the Model 410 in Ebony (faux) with a 28mm knot
They have a super dense knot of (smelly) badger hair, this definatly is not a floppy moppy brush.... One thing that stands out to me, is it is almost like owning two separate brushes in one... If you mash the brush on yer face, you are engulfed in warm softness and mountains of lather.....
However pull back and use just the tips and you get a great scrubbing action all over the face..
One other thing that might be of interest the brush works equally well with creams and soaps...Being that I am a SuperLather junkie that was my first requirement after I said Silvertip!!!!!! Just some rambling thought.... BTW the wet Rover smell is gone after 3 days

everyone always comments that their brushes smell. My shavemac silvertip had absolutely no smell!

Yeah, I didn't really bother to spend much time smelling my brush either. There should be a ban on such activity.

Same with my Shavemac 177 silvertip. My other (best and pure) badger brushes have been stinky, but not that one.

Here's my 227 (XXL) sitting next to a Kent BLK12..... The Kent makes it look like a little fellow, doesn't it??

Both are GREAT brushes..... Just AWSOME!
