Thanked: 0To me it looks like a tool that is used to put ridges on Gnocchi. My Mom used to use one. Except all of the 'ridgers' that I've seen are not stained or lacquered.

I thought the ridges in gnocchi were made with a fork (but you have to excuse my ignorance here as I'm of Norwegian ancestry). Need to know anything about lefsa?

Hey !!! that look like the paddle used by Father Evans from Catholic school. Tell you what that thing has gotten more "you know what" than a toilet seat.
