Default Make my OWN GT scuttle? hmmm

So, I really like their work. And I read a lot of praise about them.... Wellllll. I really want to wait til they release their next version with the water wrapping completely around (on bottom) and raising the inside up a smidgen.

My question is, maybe I should just find a pottery barn or whatever those places (mostly for little kids) are, and make my own?

Hah.. The tables are all like... 2' off the ground with tiny chairs. Mind you I'm 5'10" and 275lbs, but not afraid to rock it out

I was thinkin about how to make it.. Maybe make a bowl with a "spout" groove, and several little pieces of clay sticking up in the center on the bottom. Then let it dry... make the INSIDE of the scuttle then (innterbowl) and placing it on that bottom half, and create a lip then the handle.

    hmmm.

I've considered the possibility myself, but with all the work involved, it is cheaper to just buy one...
Unless you are determined to use products that you made yourself.
