    Default Super Badger Bristle Knots???

I am interested in trying my hand at making a couple of Shaving Brushes. Does anyone know of a source of Super Badger Bristle Knots? Around 26 to 28 mm in diameter. Preferably fan shaped.
The wood for the handles is no problem and neither is the epoxy. I just need a couple of Bristle Knots.

I would say that this is a decent price, but I haven't actually seen any others for sale...

    Have fun!

I see a 24mm silver tip is $18. That sounds like a BIG deal compared to the price of a whole brush.

Yeah, I saw that too. When I compare that to the $59.99 (PLUS shipping) I paid for my Vulfix 2234, from Classic Shaving, it's a REAL big deal.
I have some very nice Cocobolo and a little bit of fantastic looking Claro Walnut...both of which would make a fine handle. Total, I believe I'd have less than $25.00 in what I think would be a first class Super Badger Shaving Brush. That can't be beat, with a big rubber club!

I'm pretty sure I'm gonna try making at least a couple of brushes.
