Thread: What type of Scuttle Do you perfer

There are 2 thoughts in Scuttles
1. Smaller that keeps the brush more in-closed where you build the lather in a bowl and put the lather full brush in to it.
Advantage: Keeps the lather Hot
Disadvantage: Two piece system
2. Larger scuttle that you can build your lather in that will keep your lather warm if to big not at all.
Advantage: One piece system
Disadvantage: Heat Loss

I've always been a fan of the larger ones......

I use the small Moss scuttle and I am very happy with it. I lather on the face or in a separate bowl.

I'd rather have a large scuttle. I want to minimize the clutter I have to haul out for each shave. Also, the scuttle has to be deep enough to allow the brush to stay in the well -- that'll help keep it warm between passes.

I prefer a scuttle that I can lather and rest my brush in.
One piece for it all.

I love a big throbbing scuttle.

I like the bigguns too

I use the Moss Scuttle in small size. It fits up to my 30mm brush. This scuttle keeps the suds warmer than any other I have tried. Keep in mind that I do not lather in the bowl though.

I'm a lather in the scuttle guy, so I like the larger one (Moss). The lather seems to stay plenty hot for a couple of passes.

For everybody's reference the larger moss would still be consider small a big brush and a big lathering cream would be tough in that.
If you all have not guessed this is Market Research so comments and ideas appreciated.
