Thanked: 4razor roll
I received this beautiful razor roll made by cross with my ebay purchase of the razors in this photo. Unfortunately the stitching is falling apart and the tanning on the outside is starting to fall away. I plan on attacking the worn exterior with some sandpaper to give it a brushed look and make it look like the inside. Has anyone got one of these in good condition or does anyone make new ones like this? I thought that I saw a thread at some point that Tony Miller was looking at making some of these.

Thanked: 4Cool thanks for that.
Though umm errr doesn't the price seem a bit high? I could see paying $50.00 for something like this. Considering how simple it would be to manufacture. Deer skin ain't expensive.

I figure I could sew up 2-3 of these from a single hide.

Not to sabotage any deals, but have you checked with your local boot repair shop? I'm sure they could re-stitch the origional, and cost much less than a new one.
