I've used a couple of their brushes. They're ok, but you could do a lot better for the money - a Vulfix at half the price of their retail for example. You might want to check the size of the brush in the link you pointed out. I could be wrong, but I think their $50ish brush is a more like a tiny travel size brush. Maybe 18mm knot and about 2 inches tall oaverall.

Thanked: 0Yeah, that one looks like the really small one. It's definitely travel-sized. It works fine, but like Jordan said, you can do better for your money, most likely.

Thanked: 953I really like my basic "strand" vulfix - I think it's best badger but may be pure. I don't like my fancier vulfix because it's way too floppy. but the lower grade ones aren't as floppy and in that price range.

I have that brush. I find it to be a bit scratchy and floppy for the money. I have a Medium Vulfix 660 Pure that acts a heck of a lot like it. The 660 has a bigger knot by a little, but both are decent performers. For that price, it's a good brush. I have heard great things about THESE. Supposedly a nice silver tip knot straight from the source.

I second cactusbob's suggestion. I just acquired that same brush from the bay and it is an extremely good value. It is dense, soft, and a good size. I don't think you can get a brush this good for this cheap anywhere else.

It was a little more then I wanted to spend, being as cheap as I am. But it looks really nice.. I'll post a little review on it when it comes in..
