Thanked: 9where to get the hair
A while back, I saw someone posted a small tutorial they put together on when they made their brush. They also listed where they bought just the hair piece. I've since lost the link and can't find the thread, but any info on this would be appreciated.
If you've made a brush from scratch, how happy were you with it, and how has it stood up next to some commercial brushes?
Thanks!

I'm going to jump in here and give an answer to the last. I just received my first knots (20mm, 24mm & 28mm) from Anthony and they feel fabulous. Very dense and nicely shaped. I have yet to use one as I am still searching for a used lathe or someone in the area to let me use one to make the handles, but the knots are definitely top quality.

had his 28mm finished with the really nice purpleheart handle with him at the DFW get together and it was extremely nice looking and feeling.

I bought one of his knots and they are real nice. I bought a $2.99 brush and put the knot in it.
