    Default Quality Replacement Boar Bristle

I'm researching for a friend who would like to restore his grandfathers brush. It is a boar bristle. I could use a heat gun on a Van Der Hagan and get that knot. I am trying to find a quality replacement. Any ideas gents?

Omega do great boar brushes. I have one that I have used more than 20 years and am still using it. If you take one with a cheap plastic handle you can destroy that to harvest the knot.

This is a URL that's been floating around the site for a while:

I haven't tired it myself yet, but I plan to.

Thanks for that link. I went there str8 away and ordered a 20mm silver. I had it within 2 days. I haven't used it yet. It looks great.
