Merkur Silvertip
Anyone have any experience with these?
Shaving Lather Brushes
I like the look of the longer slender handle.. Is this a good quality product worth the price?

I don't know what size it is but the brush in itself should be fine being silvertip and all. And they seem confident enough in their assembly to give a 10 year warranty so its not glued together with playdough =).
If you like the style it seems like a good brush.

Well I got this yesterday, and WOW. I liked the Shavemac 944, but this is on a whole new level!
The chrome plated metal (brass?) handle is amazing.
Love it!

This is now my favorite brush. It is smaller than some, but it is a dense knot and very soft. Superb quality.

I acquired my Silvertip in a Merkur Vision set. It is a great brush, slightly softer than my Chubby 1 in Best. It lathers soaps very well. The long handle is comfortable and keeps the lather off my fingers however, it cannot stand up on end like the Chubby 1. This is not an issue for me as I have the Merkur razor and brush stainless steel stand. Overall, I prefer the Merkur Silvertip. The Vision set was barely used and I paid well under list price, a very good deal for me.
