Question Opinions needed for new shaving brushes

    Hi gents,

If you could run a shaving brush factory, what kind of brushes would you produce?
What would it be the material you'd want to use in the handles?
What shapes do you consider to be the most popular?
What existing models are the most popular?

    Thank you

I gotta agree with RichZ (At least in part.)

My choice would be to make Large Silvertip Brushes.
The handles would be Premium woods, such as Cocobola, Brazilian Tulipwood, Kingwood and then there would be the Horn and the Antler handles. NO plastic.
    I prefer the Bulb shape.
I am pretty partial to my Vulfix 2234.

    Regards,

    Jeeter

Are you planning to take over a shaving brush factory, Leon?

You already know what my favorite brush looks like.

    Oh no, take over, never!
I have my regular job! I don't plan to become a brush maker overnight.
I'm doing a research on what do people want in a brush. I'm planning on giving the information I collect as suggestions on new models in Semogue's collection. After that, it's intirely up to the manager to take my thoughts and do whatever he decides!
Sure, I wish I had "cart blanc" to design a total new line of brushes of all sizes and shapes, but it's not easy... Maybe, slowly, we can work out some new models for you gents. And everytime I got some new brush, I'll let you know.
